This error message occurs if your UnoDNS account has expired or an older version of the quickstart webpage is cached on your computer/device. 


Please try the following:


Step 1

Go the Client Portal area to verify your account status. 

  • If your UnoDNS membership is inactive, suspended, or expired but you believe it should still be active. Please open a Ticket in the Portal or send us an email at support@unotelly.com.
  • If your account membership is active, then follow onto Step 2. 


Step 2

Your browser cache and cookies need to be cleared. 

  1. Clear your cookies and cache from your internet browser. How to Clear Browser Cache 
  2. Restart the internet browser
  3. Log in at http://www.unotelly.com/quickstart2/ and click on Update IP Address
