For other devices, by simply resetting the network settings back to "Auto" or "Default" will remove UnoDNS.
If you set up UnoDNS in your router, please go back to the settings page and set them back to auto or default settings.
You could also replace UnoDNS with Google's public DNS addresses as described below.

If you are still being redirected to unotelly.com from accessing websites, follow the same steps as you would to setup UnoDNS, except use Google's public DNS addresses 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168 instead of UnoTelly DNS Servers.
