Singapore ISPs often give users multiple IPs so it is not possible to update your IP address through the traditional way. If you are from Singapore, please follow the method below to update your IP Address.

 

A. Windows:

1. Click on Start button

2. Enter CMD  in the search box and hit enter

3. You will see a black window. Type in nslookup dnsip.unotelly.com 162.248.221.182  and hit enter.

4. The computer will give out some output, please write down the number after Address .  This will be your real IP address.

5. Please jump to Step C.



B. Mac:

1. In search box, enter Terminal and hit enter

2. You will see a Command window. Please try nslookup dnsip.unotelly.com 162.248.221.182 

3. The computer will give out some output, please write down the number after Address . This will be your real IP address.

5. Please jump to Step C.



 


C. Add your IP to Authorized Network:

1. Once you have your real IP, please go to  http://quickstart.unotelly.com 

2. Click on Authorized Networks 

3. Under New Network, enter a name and the real IP address you got from step A or B.

4. Click Add Network 

5. Done! Please try and see if you are able to access our DNS servers.
